Obituary for Roger Allen Wheeler

Graveside services for Mr. Roger Wheeler, 62, of Temple, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Starr Cemetery with Bro. Donnie Herring officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Mr. Wheeler passed away January 17, 2018, in Temple. He was born March 23, 1955, in Throckmorton to Harry Lee & Irene Prestidge Wheeler. He had lived in Grand Saline and Longview before moving to Temple over 20 years ago. Roger is preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Dottie Wheeler and Billie Jane Lawson.
Survivors include his two brothers, Sammy Wheeler of Grand Saline and Ricky Wheeler of Ft. Knox, Kentucky; his sister, Kay Dobbins of Bryan; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
