Graveside services for Mr. Alan Dewayne English, 72, of Azle, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Rodgers Cemetery with Reverend Kristin Warthen officiating, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.

Mr. English passed away May 2, 2026, in Weatherford. He was born February 3, 1954 in White Settlement to Harold Wesley & Mildred Louise Hewitt English. Alan spent his early years in White Settlement and Weatherford. He lived for the last 40 years in Azle where he was a computer technician. He taught martial arts for many years and enjoyed trips on his motorcycle. Alan is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Deborah Schoebel.

Survivors include his brother, Randy English and wife, Mary, of Poolville; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
