Troy Don Alexander

A Celebration of Life for Troy Don Alexander, 57, of Dallas, will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 26, 2025, at New Testament Holiness Church, Grand Saline, with Bro. Mack Swain and Cody Swain officiating, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.

Mr. Alexander was born May 12, 1967, in Dallas, to Ricky James Douglas & Brenda Joyce Wilson Alexander. He spent most of his life in the Dallas area. Growing up, Troy was an avid soccer player with a passion for the game. He also loved cooking, hunting with his father and brothers, and spending time playing cards and games with family and friends. Known for his generous spirit, Troy was always the first to step in and take care of anyone in need. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Marie Alexander.

Survivors include his stepmother, Karen Alexander (Richie Rosen) of New Orleans, LA; brothers, Timothy Alexander (Melissa) of Roanoke, and John Patrick Alexander (Regina) of Baton Rouge, LA; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
