Services for Mrs. Sharon Burks Alphin, 69, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Saturday, February 11, 2017, at Bartley Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Creagleville Cemetery.
Mrs. Alphin passed away February 8, 2017, at her home. She was born February 18, 1947, in Grand Saline to Lloyd C. & Ella Dean King Curtis. She spent most of her life in Grand Saline. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Calvin Burks; brother, Bobby Curtis; and infant sisters, Juditha and Loydean Curtis.
Survivors include her husband, Jack Alphin of Grand Saline; two sons, Johnny Glen Burks and Terry Dale Burks; brother, L.C. Curtis and wife Charlotte of Grand Saline; five grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home.
