Glynda Ashe

Mrs. Glynda 'Wanna' Ashe, 81, of Caddo Mills, passed away November 22, 2020, in Royce City. She was born September 3, 1939 to Manuel & Dovie Maxwell Burgess. She lived in Wylie and Garland until 1997 when she moved to Greenville. In 2009, she moved from Greenville to Caddo Mills where she was a member of First Baptist Church of Caddo Mills. She worked as an assembler for electronics and was a member of the Local 976 United Autoworkers of America. 'Wanna' was preceded in death by her parents; two grandsons, Bryan Jenson and Jeremy Wilson; brothers, Jack, Gerald, Vernon and Earl Burgess; and two sisters, Adene Lowe and Naomi Burgess.
Survivors include her son, Richard Manuel Wilson and wife Kris of Iowa; two daughters, Sandra Rhodes of Caddo Mills, and Terry Jenson and husband Bill of Mexia; six grandchildren, Carissa Barnes, Catrina Capps, Richard Wilson, Ryan Wilson, James Jenson, and Katherine Care; eleven great-grandchildren, Alexander Evans, Angel Garcia, Hugo Viera, Alaina Viera, Anthony Wilson, Keona Wilson, Levi Wilson, Jasmin Wilson, Jordan Jenson, Elliott Jenson, and Maeve Care; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Private graveside services are scheduled.
