William “Bill” Barton Beaty
Graveside services for William “Bill” Barton Beaty, 67, of Grapevine, will be Thursday, August 14, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Hooker Cemetery, Lone Oak, with Bro. Dan Tarno officiating.
Mr. Beaty passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014, in an Irving nursing home.
He was born October 11, 1946, in Dallas, to Gene Eldridge and Helen Maxine Stanglin Beaty. He lived most of his life in Irving and was a Journeyman electrician in the construction industry. He was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include his son, William Patrick Beaty of Irving; step-son, Phillip Ortez of Irving; step-daughters, Tina Ogletree of Irving, and Lisa Soto of Midlothian; brothers, Gene Beaty of North Dallas, and Jerry Beaty of Pottsboro; mother, Maxine Patrick of Denison; mother of his son, Lucille Beaty of Irving; 5 grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Gene Beaty.
