Graveside services for Mr. Timothy Michael Blumer, II, of Hilliard, Ohio, are scheduled for 3 p.m., Monday, March 24, 2014 at Woodside Cemetery with Father Victor Hernandez officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Mr. Blumer passed away March 16, 2014 at his home in Ohio. He was born February 1, 1981 in Killeen. He had traveled many places with his military family including, Ft. Hood, TX; Ft. Benning, GA; Garlstedt, Germany; Ft. Bragg, NC; and Hilliard, OH. He had attended Columbus State Community College before pursuing his career in music. Timothy was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Porter Maciel; Aunt Cindy Maciel; Great-Uncles, Frank Maciel and Joe Maciel; and Great-Aunt, Mary Maciel.
Survivors include his grandparents; Fernando Maciel of Grand Saline and Dr. & Mrs. Louis Blumer of Seattle, WA; parents, Melissa Blumer of Grand Saline and Tim & Linda Blumer of Orlando, FL; brother, Brian Patrick Blumer of Hilliard, OH; sister, Erin Elizabeth Blumer of College Station; three uncles and their wives, Mike & Becky Maciel of Aledo, Terrance & Sharon Blumer of Seattle, WA and Oliver & Mary Kay Blumer of Dallas; and numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brian Patrick Blumer, Erin Elizabeth Blumer, Michael Maciel, Jonathan Maciel, Mike Maciel, Terrance Blumer, Oliver Blumer and Kristi Maciel.
The family will receive friends 1-3 p.m., Monday, March 24, 2014 at Bartley Funeral Home.
