Karen Boyles

Karen Lynn Boyles, 55, of Athens, passed away December 5, 2021. She was born May 26, 1966, in Angelina County. She had lived in Grand Saline, Athens, and Kaufman. She loved to fish and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Karen is preceded in death by her parents, James Lee Boyles and Annie Ruth Anderson Boyles Melvin; and nephew, Austin Boyles.

Survivors include her son, Robert Wheeler and his wife Shannon of Athens; three brothers, Don Boyles and wife Molly of Wills Point, Ricky Boyles and wife Peggy of Grand Saline, and David Boyles and wife Bernice of Kaufman; two grandchildren, Candase Wheeler and Riley Frentress; niece, Addy Boyles; nephew, Jonathan Boyles; and numerous other relatives and friends.
