Marian Burrow

Services for Marian Alice Golberg Burrow, 93, of Mineola, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba, with Chaplain Robert Stovall officiating.

Interment will be in Pilgrim Rest #2 Cemetery, Golden.

Mrs. Burrow passed away Friday, September 1, 2023, in Tyler. She was born August 13, 1930, in Akeley, MN, to Ted and Ruth Arnold Golberg. Marian moved from Colleyville to the Wood County area 17 years ago. She was a member of Pilgrim Rest #2 Baptist Church in Golden. On September 15, 1978, she married Darrel Don Burrow in Arkansas. She loved family reunions, gardening, yard work, and fishing. Marian was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 43 years, Darrel Don Burrow; daughter, Debbie Pryor; son-in-law, Ty Walpole; one brother; and three sisters.

Survivors include her son, Steven Underwood and wife Annette of Grapevine; three daughters, Terry Walpole of Alba, Darrelyn Winfrey and husband Steve of Haughton, LA, and Melanie Cathey and husband Randy of El Dorado, AR; son-in-law, Bobby Pryor of Grapevine; twelve grandchildren, Mandi and Jason Stovall, Nickie and Joel Ralston, Amber and Dennis Barton, Ashley and Jason Smith, Corey and Tamara Favors, Crissy and Chris Jensen, Shelby and Eric Robinson, Matt and Tasha Winfrey, Micah and Jessica Winfrey, Alli Cathey, Rachel Cathey, and Evan Cathey; numerous great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Jason Stovall, Jason Smith, Dennis Barton, Eric Robinson, Chris Jensen, and Joel Ralston.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, 1 p.m., at the funeral home.
