Services for Carrie Jo Badgley, 57, of Dallas, are scheduled for 2 p.m, Friday, May 15, 2026, at Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.

Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery.

Carrie Jo Badgley passed away on May 10, 2026, in Dallas, Texas. She was born on June 6, 1968, in Dallas to Ronald Jim and Brenda Jo Pope Badgley.

Carrie spent most of her life in Dallas and was baptized at Piedmont Church of Christ. She was a fun-loving person who was cherished by many for her infectious laugh and fearlessly kind personality. Carrie loved good food, enjoyed joking and visiting with people. She also was never shy, even with strangers, and loved telling people she still sucked her thumb — something that always brought smiles and laughter to those around her.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Jim Badgley, Jr.

Carrie will be remembered for her warmth, humor, and the joy she brought into the lives of everyone who knew her.

Survivors include her parents, Ronald & Brenda Pope Badgley of Dallas; two daughters, Cassie Lee Maggie Jo Badgley of Dallas and Caylee Laryah Badgley of Dallas; brother, Ryan Jeremy Badgley and wife Elizabeth of Dallas; two sisters, Pamela Gail Badgley of Dallas, and Tina Renee Badgley of Dallas; one grandson, Albert Badgley; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Badgley, Chris Nguyen, and Patrick Ryan.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Friday at the funeral home.
