Services for Peggy Ann Coker, 74, of Alba, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Jackson officiating.

Ms. Coker passed away October 25, 2021, in Tyler. She was born December 18, 1946, in Kaufman County to Thomas Benton & Minnie Opal Whittenburg Coker. Peggy had spent the last 35 years in Rains and Wood Counties where she was a member of Bright Star Baptist Church in Alba. She had worked for First National Bank of Emory in Alba, CNB in Mineola, and for Mineola ISD. Ms. Coker was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Angie Hunter Hisaw; brother, Thomas Coker; sisters, Janice Honeycutt and Carrie June Honeycutt; and ex-husband, Larry Looney.

Survivors include her daughter, Lorie Hunter of Golden; sister, Lynda Morris of Hartford, Connecticut; four grandchildren, Taylor Hunter, Colten Powell, Brooke Hisaw, and Hunter Hughes; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Monday, November 1, 2021, at the funeral home.
