Billy Dean Copeland

Visitation for Mr. Billy Dean Copeland, 56, of Grand Saline, is scheduled for 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at Bartley Funeral Home.

Mr. Copeland passed away August 7, 2022, at his home. He was born October 1, 1965, in Grand Saline, to O.D. & Paula Fite Copeland. Billy Dean spent all his life in Grand Saline where he was a member of Sand Flat Baptist Church and Roundflat Pentecostal Church. He worked as a concrete finisher and builder most of his life. Billy was preceded in death by his father, O.D. Copeland; grandparents, Robert “Cotton” & Inez Fite and Elijah & Onia Copeland; and special friend, Irene Chiles.

Survivors include his mother, Paula Copeland of Grand Saline; brother, Roger Copeland and wife Amanda of Alba; nieces and nephew, Patience, Adien, and Elizabeth; and numerous other relatives and friends.
