Graveside services for Mr. Willis "Jack" Craft, 75, of Tyler, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2016, at Pine Springs Cemetery in Tyler with Tim Roberts officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Mr. Craft passed away May 30, 2016, in a Tyler hospital. He was born December 13, 1940, in Grand Saline, to Jack & Vivian Plunk Craft. Jack lived in Dallas and Big Sandy before moving to Tyler 31 years ago. He owned and operated Tyler Foundation for 30 years and served in Green Acres Baptist Church Prison Ministry for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Tammy Craft; brother, Gary Craft; and sister, Ann Smith.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Evelyn Craft of Tyler; children, Edward Shane Craft of Palestine, Nathan Willis Craft of Michigan, Clarice Ann Craft Bledsoe of Tyler, John Earl Craft of Big Sandy, Jason Curtis Craft of Big Sandy, Jon Darrell Rush of Tyler and J. Cameron Rush of Tyler; eleven grandchildren; best bud, Wayne Davis of Big Sandy; great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and numerous friends.
