Paula Currin

Memorial services for Mrs. Paula Currin, 64, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, September 26, 2014 at Bartley Funeral Home with Jaron Cude, Austin Cude and Jeff Cude officiating.
Mrs. Currin passed away September 23, 2014 in Tyler. She was born August 22, 1950 in Commerce to Taylor Parish & Ruth Pauline Quinn Allen. She spent her early years in Campbell and moved to Grand Saline in 1982. She was a member of Main Street Baptist Church. Paula graduated from cosmetology school in Oklahoma in 1976 and then completed more classes in Austin. She owned and operated Paula’s Beauty Shop for many years and also worked at Barbara’s Beauty Shop. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one daughter, Stacey Lynn Currin Cude.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, David Currin of Grand Saline; three sons and daughters-in-law, Rodney Lowell & Tasha Currin of Grand Saline, D.J. Currin of Abilene, and Jeff & Donna Cude of Wills Point; two brothers, Dave & Carolyn Allen of Palestine and John Allen of Campbell; two sisters, Barbara Clifton of Point, and Sandra & Jackie Jones of Brashear; and eight grandchildren, Jaron & Taylor Cude, Austin Cude, Stacey Currin, Donivan Currin, Brandy Currin, Kaysea Currin, Kayden Currin and Kiley Currin.
