Cindy Davidson

Services for Cindy Davidson, 57, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2:00 pm, Friday, August 19, 2016 at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. David Burcham officiating.
Interment will follow in Woodside Cemetery.
Mrs. Davidson passed away August 15, 2016, in Tyler. She was born September 22, 1958, in Dallas to John T. and Demarise Carpenter Reynolds. She spent her early years in Dallas before marrying Robert M. Davidson on November 27, 1992, and moving to Grand Saline. She was employed by Kincy Abstract/Title Co. of Greenville. Cindy was very active in her children’s lives. She was a Girl Scout Leader, active with the Boy Scouts, and supported them in football and FFA. She also helped out with the “special kids” Farm and Ranch Day. Cindy was a member of the Harvest Acres Baptist Church of Mineola. She was preceded in death by her parents; and father-in-law, Robert Rhea Davidson.
Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Robert M. Davidson of Grand Saline; son, Joshua P. Davidson and wife Erin of Ft. Worth; daughter, Crystal A. Davis and husband Roland of Eustace; sisters, Fran Robles and husband Beto of McKinney and Kimberly Moore of Dallas; grandchildren, Roland Duane Davis, III and baby Davidson on the way; mother-in-law, Floy Davidson of Grand Saline; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Alan Staggs, Trapper Snelgrove, Sam Scogin, Jim Lea, Robert Dyess, and Ray Carnes.
Honorary pallbearers, Ferd Maciel and Clyde Skoglund.
The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Thursday, at Bartley Funeral Home.
