Rebecca Durbin

Rebecca Durbin, 64, of Grand Saline, passed away June 15, 2023. She was born November 3, 1958, in San Antonio. She grew up in Kingsville, where she graduated from Henrietta M. King HS, Class of 1976, and then raised her children in Alice. She had also lived in Longview, before moving to Grand Saline in 2021. She enjoyed saltwater fishing, dirt track racing, and handling the Red Dirt Fan Page on FB with Bryan.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, Marcene Calvin & Bethelrea Crow Jencks; and first husband, William Durbin.

Survivors include her fiancé, Bryan Harris of Grand Saline; son, Benjamin Durbin of Corpus Christi; two daughters, Brandy Mattox (Josh) of San Antonio, and Blair Molina (P.J.) of Alice; brother, Randell W. Jencks (Diane) of Altus, OK; two sisters, Debra L. Heggblad (David Grimes) of Gulf Breeze, FL, and Marsha R. Perrin (Leroy) of Bandera; five grandchild, Zim, Tyler, Taylor, Mason, and William; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Rebecca's family will be honoring her with a memorial service at 2 p.m., Monday, June 19, 2023, at Riverside Mission Church in Grand Saline.
