ALBA – Memorial services for Kennith Paul Fields, 82, of Alba, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, August 5, 2017, at Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home Chapel, Alba.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home.
Mr. Fields passed away Monday, July 31, 2017, in a Tyler hospital.
He was born Wednesday, September 19, 1934, in Alba, to the late John Barnett “Barney” and Edna N. Pitts Fields. He married Orys Lyneeta “Neta” Hayes on December 29, 1953, at the Enon Baptist Church. He served in the Navy and he was a rancher. He lived most of his life in the Alba area. Kennith was a member of the Enon Baptist Church.
Survivors include his sister, Glenda Fields Blackshear of Jacksonville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 62 years, Orys Lyneeta “Neta” Hayes Fields; and sister, Lillie English.
