David Fisher

Mr. David Lee Fisher, 64, of Fruitvale, passed away September 20, 2024, in Tyler. He was born January 14, 1960, in Grand Saline, to Jimmy Ray & Barbara Fay Thompson Fisher. He was raised in Grand Saline/Fruitvale, then lived in California for about 20 years, and Thailand for 10 years before moving back to Fruitvale 13 years ago. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Canton.

David was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Ray Fisher; and brother, Douglas Fisher.

David is survived by his wife, Boonpeng Fisher of Fruitvale; mother, Barbara Fisher of Grand Saline; two sons, Zachary Fisher of Canton, and Ethan Fisher of Fruitvale; two daughters, Katheryne Fisher and Audrey Fisher, both of Fruitvale; two sisters, Mitzi Fisher of Kentucky, and Mary-Margaret McNorton and husband Bennie; and numerous other relatives and friends.
