Frances Follis

Frances "Frankie" Follis, 75, of Alba, passed away October 1, 2020, at her home. She was born August 9, 1945, in Knoxville, TN to Fred & Verona Cochran Clem. Frankie graduated from Lone Oak High School, Class of 1963. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Elizabeth Lamm.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph Barker of Alba, and Christopher Ussery of Alba; two brothers, Buddy Clem of Grapevine, and Buster Clem of Campbell; three sisters, Susie White of Greenville, Mary Jo Popma of East Mountain, and Vickie Wagner of Cedar Rapids, IA; grandchild, Samantha Barker of Alba; three great-grandchildren, Amelia Neverez, Teagan Jones, and Jackson Jones; and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Monday, October 5, 2020, at Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.
