Services for Mrs. Linda M. Wise Fowler, 70, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at Roundflat Pentecostal Church with Bro. Homer Morgan and Bro. Mack Swain officiating, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Small Cemetery, Edgewood.
Mrs. Fowler passed away August 14, 2022, in Tyler. She was born November 22, 1951, in Dallas, to John Percy & Willie Lois McCormack Wise. Linda spent most of her life in the Van Zandt County area and was a member of Roundflat Pentecostal Church, Fruitvale. She was preceded in death by her parents; John Percy Wise, Willie Louis McCormack Armstrong, and Cecil Manuel Armstrong; brother, Charley Wise; and daughter, Tina Marie Langston.
Survivors include her husband of 28 years, William Fowler of Grand Saline; three sons, Paul Wheeler and wife Kristi of Grand Saline, Larry Eugene Wheeler and wife Angelia of Crandall, and James Wheeler of Edgewood; daughter, Chrystal Teafatiller and husband Phillip of Overton; five brothers, John Wayne Wise and wife Jo of Grand Saline, Willie Lee Wise and wife Ginger of Grand Saline, Jimmy Lee Wise of Mabank, Henry Lee Wise and wife Wanda of Wills Point, and Cecil Mark Armstrong and wife Renee of Edgewood; twelve grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Derek Wheeler, Cody Wheeler, Dylan Wheeler, Brandon Pickens, B.J. Wise, and Chase Brewer.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dalton Brewer, Ronnie Tull, and Tim Null.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at the funeral home.
