Francisco Aguilar Sierra

Mass of Christian Burial services for Francisco Aguilar Sierra, 56, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 12 p.m., (Noon)Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at St. Celestine Catholic Church, with Father Michael Ledesma officiating.

Burial will follow in Woodside Cemetery, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.

Mr. Aguilar Sierra passed away December 24, 2025, in Tyler. He was born October 4, 1969, in Apaseo el Grande, Guanajuato, Mexico. He moved to the US and farmed in the Grand Saline area. He was preceded in death by his parents, Severanio Aguilar Sierra and Maria Reyes Sierra; and sister, Loreza Aguilar Sierra.

Survivors include his two sons, Francisco Alexis Aguilar of Grand Saline, Christian Aguilar of Grand Saline; two daughters, Maria Del Carmen Palomino of Grand Saline, and Yasmin Michelle Espinoza of Ben Wheeler; five brothers, Jose Aguilar Sierra of Grand Saline, Severiano Aguilar Sierra of Arkansas, Juan Carlos Aguilar of San Antonio, Felipe Aguilar of Mexico, and Beto Aguilar of Mexico; three sisters, Juana Sierra of Mexico, Maria Loreto Sierra of Mexico, and Carmen Aguilar Sierra of Mexico; nine grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The Rosary and visitation will be held 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., Monday, December 29, 2025, at St. Celestine Catholic Church.
