Services for Buenia Jarmon Fritz, 95, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Friday, January 23, 2015, at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. James Massey, Chaplain John Pollard and Daniel Owens officiating.
Interment will follow in Sand Flat Cemetery.
Mrs. Fritz passed away January 21, 2015, at her home. She was born July 21, 1919, in Lawton, OK, to John W. & Dona B. Tipps Jarmon. She spent all of her life in Grand Saline where she was a member of the Bible Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Buenia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, R.V. Fritz in June 1968; son, Robert Eugene "Buddy" Fritz; seven brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Lucille Monk of Grand Saline and Carole & Danny Owens of Grand Saline; sister, Mary Lou Whisenhunt of Bedford; seven grandchildren, Cindy Monk Davis and husband Harlan, Ray Fritz, Dian Fritz Sharpe, Tommy Monk, Tammie Monk Pollard and husband John, Lauri Fritz Veach and husband Sean, and Daniel Owens and wife Jessica; twenty great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Byford, Terry Lynn Dickerson, Wayne Jarmon, Mason Monk, Wesley Ward, Walter Wood, Cody Monk, Robert Veach and Wesley Davis.
The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to services on Friday at the funeral home.
