Peggy Gipson

Services for Mrs. Peggy Gipson, 89, of Chandler, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, July 11, 2020, at Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline, with Dean Elliott officiating.
Private burial will follow at Woodside Cemetery.
Mrs. Gipson passed away July 6, 2020, in Longview. She was born September 4, 1930, to Douglas & Florence Wright Adams. She attended Sand Flat Baptist Church and loved planting flowers in her garden, quilting and going to garage sales. Peggy is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Wayne Gipson.
Survivors include her son, Dennis Gipson and wife Ellen of Chandler; sister, Sylvia Sirmans and husband Bobby of Grand Saline; brother-in-law, Bill Elliott of Grand Saline; three grandchildren, Jamie Shults and husband Eric, Shawn Pierce and wife Tonya, and Kenny Pierce; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
