Services for Donna Kay Gipson Glidden, 53, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Sunday, November 8, 2015, at Crossroads Church of Christ with Don Cannon officiating.
Interment will follow in Creagleville Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Mrs. Glidden passed away November 5, 2015, at a Tyler hospital. She was born November 7, 1961, in Tyler to J.C. & Virginia Lou Fagg Gipson. Donna spent her early years in Grand Saline and had lived in Wills Point since 1989. She was a member of Crossroads Church of Christ. She worked many years at Meme's Day Care in Grand Saline and then worked for Country Trails Care Center with 17 years of service. Her purpose in life was her husband, daughter & granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Richard Glidden of Wills Point; mother, Virginia Gipson of Grand Saline; daughter, Sara Glidden of Wills Point; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Tammy & Leon Quinn of Grand Saline and Nada & Russell Huff of Grand Saline; grandchild, Jayden Kay Glidden; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Luther Trejo, David Glidden, Rusty Herron, Jeffery Garrett, Stephen Hill, and Jessie Glidden.
Honorary pallbearers will be Leon Quinn and Russell Huff.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
