Roger Green

Mr. Roger Lee Green, 77, of Alba passed away November 24, 2019 at his residence in Alba. He was born January 1, 1942 in Ashland, Missouri to Bartlett Henry and Ruby Opal Crump Green. Roger married Patricia Ann Covalt on April 4, 1961 in Clovis, New Mexico. He was a member of the United States Air Force and the Church of Christ. Roger moved to Alba in 1994 and loved fishing, carpentry work, and playing golf. Roger is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ray Green; sisters, Mary Lou Noel and Betty Nichols.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Patricia Green of Alba; one son, Bartlett Green of Lindale; one daughter, Kathryn Stewart and husband Donald of Alba; one brother, Robbie Green and wife Virginia of Mansfield; two sisters, Sarah Edwards of Columbia, Missouri and Fay Jordan of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

The family is planning a memorial service at a later date.
