Robert Greenlaw

ALBA – Memorial services for Robert Everett Greenlaw, 86, of Alba, will be held at a later date by the family. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.
Mr. Greenlaw passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at his residence in Alba.
He was born Thursday, January 22, 1931, in Calais, Maine, to Stephen Robert and Eva Marjorie Steeves Greenlaw. He married Patricia Anna Stevenson on April 1, 1960. Robert served in the Army during the Korean War and had lived in East Texas since 1990. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Painters and Tapers and the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, of 57 years, Patricia Greenlaw of Alba; son, Matthew Edward Greenlaw of East Tawakoni; daughters, Sherry Griggs of East Tawakoni and Maurie Ann and husband David Wright of Mineola; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Michael Everett Greenlaw; granddaughter, Jessica Griggs; brother, Stephen Greenlaw; and son-in-law, Ken Griggs.
