Bill Grier

Services for Mr. Bill Grier, 85, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at Bartley Funeral Home with Don Cannon officiating.
Interment will be in Shields Cemetery.
Mr. Grier passed away May 12, 2017, in a Tyler hospice facility. He was born March 4, 1932, in Grand Saline to Andrew W. & Mary Lou Houston Grier. He spent all of his life in Grand Saline where he worked as a carpenter and was a member of the Crossroads Church of Christ. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Audrey Grier; and three brothers, Paul Grier, Thurston Grier and J.W. Grier.
Survivors include his son, Ricky Grier and wife Cindy of Winnsboro; daughter, Pam Motycka and husband Grizzly of Kaufman; four grandchildren, Chad Grier, Crystal Grier, Candice Mason and Amanda Grier; four great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Chad Grier, Robin Grier, Ronny Grier, Eddie Warner, Tommy Garrett and Jeffery Garrett.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
