Wesley Haptonstall

Mr. Wesley Kline Haptonstall, 88, of Fruitvale, passed away May 28, 2020, after a nine-year struggle with prostate cancer, Parkinson's disease, chronic kidney disease and PTSD. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War and was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Ottie & Annie Mae Haptonstall of Fruitvale; and two brothers, Jim Haptonstall of Fruitvale, and Charles Haptonstall of Grand Saline.
He leaves behind his wife of 67 years, Reba Haptonstall of Fruitvale; five daughters, Cindy Hague and husband John of Fruitvale, Gail Hinshaw and husband Bruce of Corinth, TX and Middleport, NY, Erica Jo Jessup of Ithaca, NY, Diana McBurnett of Lindale and Vonda Jan Carvajal of Mineola; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Marian Haptonstall of Rockwall and Laverne Haptonstall of Grand Saline; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
