Robert Harris

Mr. Robert Harris, 56, of Grand Saline, passed away at his home, Saturday, May 11, 2019. He was born December 24, 1962 in Grand Saline. He lived most of his life in Grand Saline where he was a maintenance supervisor and a member of Riverside Mission. Robert was preceded in death by his parents; Merlin & Venus Harris and Kirby & Lorraine Scott; six brothers, Clarence Harris, Leonard Harris, Larry Lynn Harris, Kenneth Harris, Russell Dean Harris and Troy Joe Harris; four sisters, Cathy Joslin, Diane Taylor, Shirley Vaughn and Linda Herring; and grandson, Braden.
Survivors include his wife Sandi Harris of Grand Saline; son, Buddy Joe Harris of Grand Saline; three daughters, Angie McPherson of Garland, Samantha Oglesby of Grand Saline and Glynda Oglesby of Grand Saline; two brothers, Terry Don Harris of Grand Saline and Junior Scott of Grand Saline; five sisters, Debra Jean Owens of Grand Saline, Sybil Williams of Gun Barrel, Barbara Soso of Arlington, Judy Smith of Grand Saline and Jackie Thompson of Grand Saline; six grandchildren, Blake, Ashley, Jordan, Laramie, Cole and Braxton; great-granddaughter, Lilly; and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Monday, May 13, 2019, at Bartley Funeral Home.
