Services for Virginia Lee Rogers Hass, 84, of Alba, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba, with Rev. John Epps officiating.
Interment will follow in Pilgrim Rest #1 Cemetery, Emory.
Mrs. Hass passed away October 27, 2024, at her home in Alba. She was born August 28, 1940, in Bonham, to Adair & Annie Bell Parks Rogers. Virginia lived in Mesquite before moving to Rains Co. in 1981. She was a member of the Alba Methodist Church and retired as an executive secretary for L3. Virginia loved her high school friends, traveling, craft shows, and especially enjoyed spending time with her cousin Betty Lyles. She loved entertaining her family and friends and was an excellent cook. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 44 years, Harl Dean Hass; son, Michael Todd Hass; and sister, Mary Lou Houser.
Survivors include her daughter, Tracy Raymond of Alba; five grandchildren, Morgan Langston (Max), Kory Briggs (Anna), Kristen Emerline, Zackery Raymond, and Erin Raymond; three great-grandchildren, Barrett Gill, Kenneth Briggs, and Raylan Fullen; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Zackery Raymond, Kory Briggs, Max Langston, Jake Spoerl, David Brown, and Matt Matula.
The family will receive friends 1 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home before the service.
