Omega Head

Services for Omega Walker Head, 105, Lone Oak, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Sunday, October 13, 2019, at First Christian Church of Lone Oak with Bro. Danny Calk officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in Forest Park Cemetery, Greenville.
Mrs. Head passed away October 9, 2019, at a Greenville hospital. She was born December 18, 1913, in Lone Oak to Will & Naomi Wilson Walker. She spent all her life in Lone Oak where she was a homemaker, a member of the First Christian Church, Lone Oak Civic Club and Lone Oak Senior Citizens. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Arley L. Head.
Survivors include her daughter, Junell DeJanes of Atlanta, GA; two grandsons, Michael DeJanes and wife Elizabeth and Robert DeJanes, all of Atlanta, GA; two great-grandchildren, John Michael DeJanes and Kristen Elizabeth DeJanes; and numerous other relatives and friends.
