Faye Herron

October 5, 1916 — May 6, 2013

Burial and life celebration for Faye Ribble Herron, 96 of Tyler, will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Woodside Cemetery with Todd Chapman officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.
Faye went to be with her Lord on Monday, May 6 at her Tyler home, surrounded by the family that she loved.
She was born October 5, 1916 in Grand Saline to the late Matthew and Mary Anna Ribble. She married her adoring husband, Felix Herron in 1934. After working for over thirty years at Morton Salt Company, she retired and enjoyed an active life spent in the company of her husband, family and close friends. Faye was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Felix; sisters, Nellie Mae Lester and Edna Ruth Babson; and a brother, Raymond Ribble.
She is survived in this life by her daughter Patsy R. Clem of Tyler; grandchildren, Debbie Clem of Tyler, Dennis Clem and wife Elaine of Waxahachie and Lisa Clem Blaine of Tyler; great-grandchildren, Ryan Clem and Kristi Clem of Waxahachie and Donny Blaine and Erin Blaine of Tyler.
The family would like to express heartfelt gratitude to Todd and Glenda Chapman for the countless hours of fellowship and prayer they shared with Faye. Also, warm thanks to the nurses of Heart to Heart Hospice of Tyler for the vigilant and loving care they provided to Faye and her family.
