Michelle Horne

Michelle Spatola Horne, 58, passed away October 11, 2024, at her residence in Emory. She was born June 15, 1966, in Chicago, IL, to John Michael and Betty Sue McConnell Spatola. She moved to the Emory area from Kountze, 30 years ago. She loved visiting with her grandkids and shopping with her mom. Michelle and her mother were very close. She was preceded in death by her father; and infant granddaughter, Sunni Horne.

Survivors include her mother, Betty Sue McConnell of Emory; two sons, Travis Horne and wife Neviea of Sulphur Springs and Zachary Horne and wife Gigi of Layton, UT; two brothers, John Spatola, Jr. and wife Tonya of Kountze and Tony Spatola and wife April of Emory; sister, Roxane Molandes and husband David of Lumberton; four grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will have a memorial service for Michelle at a later date.
