James Iley

Services for Mr. James Iley, 75, of Tyler, are scheduled for 3 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2017, at Tyler Memorial Cemetery with Msgr. John Flynn and Deacon William Flores officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Mr. Iley passed away May 4, 2017, in a Grand Saline nursing home. He was born December 13, 1941, in Dallas to Joseph Marion & Vencie Mary Sedita Iley. He had worked as a supervisor for the US Postal Service. James is preceded in death by his parents; one son, John Sean Iley; a twin brother, John Wesley Iley; and sister, Joan Emmerson.
Survivors include his three sons, James "Jamie" Iley Jr. and wife Apryl of Plano, Paul Richard Iley and wife Tammy of Grand Saline, and Joseph Dale Iley and wife Debbie of San Antonio; daughter-in-law, Mary Iley of Mineola; sister, Mary Lee Cox of Dallas; ten grandchildren, Michael Wallace, Jennifer Iley, Tenette Iley, Trent Iley, Brittany Washington, Brian D. Washington, Taylor Iley, Dayne Iley, Jessie James Iley and Avery Iley; three great-grandchildren, Jace Vann, Alanna Jones and Keyton Jones.
The family will receive friends 10 a.m. - Noon on Saturday at the funeral home.
