Graveside services for Janice Lynn Plemmons, 70, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Woodside Cemetery, with Bro. Mack Swain officiating, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.

Janice was born October 3, 1955, in Fresno, California, to John Melton and Marian Cecilia Buxton Clapper. She spent her early years in Chandler, Arizona, and graduated from Chandler High School with the Class of 1973. In her later years, she made her home in Grand Saline, where she was a member of New Testament Holiness Church. Janice enjoyed spending time with her family and cherished those moments deeply.

Survivors include her son, John Plemmons (Teresa) of Bonham; two daughters, Michelle Dinkins (Clay) of Grand Saline, and Dusti Webb of Maryland; two brothers, John Clapper and Jerry Clapper, both of Arizona; three sisters, JoAnne Soldinger of Oregon, Jeanette Cox of Arizona, and Jennifer Cañez of Arizona; five grandchildren, Adrien Webb (Hannah), Andrew Dinkins (Lexi), Shania Dinkins Marshall (Bryan), Jonica Dinkins, and Katie Buckaloo (Trevor); nine great-grandchildren and one on the way; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Clay Dinkins, Adrien Webb, Andrew Dinkins, Wade Sinclair, Shania Marshall, and Dusti Webb.
