Services for Mrs. Cathy Lee Johnson, 61, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Bartley Funeral Home, with Bro. D’Wayne Williams officiating.
Interment will be in Creagleville Cemetery.
Cathy Lee Chote Johnson passed away April 20, 2021, in Tyler. She was born April 17, 1960, in Los Angeles, CA. She spent most of her life in Grand Saline where she had attended Liberty Temple Church and worked in the nursing home kitchen. Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, Luther & Dorothy Hensley Chote; husband, Clifton Lee Johnson; and two brothers, Jerry Chote and David Chote.
Survivors include her six sons, Joseph Johnson of Grand Saline, Joshua Johnson of Grand Saline, Jeremy Johnson of Grand Saline, Jody Johnson of Goldthwaite, Justin Johnson of Grand Saline, and Jeffrey Johnson of Edgewood; twenty-one grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Joseph, Joshua, Justin, Jody, Jeffrey, and Jaszmin Johnson.
Honorary pallbearer will be Jeremy Johnson.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home.
