Bobby Jordan

Services for Bobby Jordan, 72 of Fruitvale, are scheduled for 1 p.m., Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Barrett and Bro. John Cooper officiating.
Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Mr. Jordan passed away October 18, 2012 in Fruitvale. He was born, July 31, 1941 in Wardville, Oklahoma. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Grand Saline and had retired from American National Can Co. He was preceded in death by his parents, O.J. & Dolly Jordan; son, Clayton Jordan; grandson, Rusty Jordan; brother, Gereld Jordan; sister, Ethel Mullins.
Survivors include his wife, Freda Jordan of Fruitvale; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert & Melissa Jordan of Fruitvale, Chad & Sabrina Jordan of Grand Saline and Bobby Eugene & Cynde Jordan of Grand Saline; brother, Earl Jordan of Kiowa, OK; aunt, Gladys Hammer of Oklahoma; six grandchildren; and numerous other relative and friends.
Pallbearers will be Henry Anglin, Harold Lewellen, Terry Martin, Mark LaPrade, Bobby Gatlin and Ricky LaPrade. Honorary pallbearer will be Mike Rowell.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, www.americanheart.org.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
