Samuel Joslin, Jr.

Visitation for Samuel Gordon “Sambo” Joslin, Jr., will be held 6-8 p.m., Friday, March 12, 2021, at Bartley Funeral Home.
Mr. Joslin passed away March 9, 2021, in Tyler. He was born July 13, 1962, in Grand Saline to Samuel Gordon and Ora Odell Joslin, Sr. Sambo was a handyman and worked in construction. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Cathy Joslin; brother, Tommy Joslin; two nephews, Brute Harris and Jason Harris; and great-nephew, Rustin Harris.
Survivors include his daughter, Candy Coleman and husband Douglas of Grand Saline; three brothers, Sam Joslin and wife Patsy of Grand Saline, Roy Joslin of Mineola, and Kenneth Joslin and wife Rosemary of Grand Saline; three sisters, Ruby Lathem and husband Joe of Edgewood, Vickie Joslin of Grand Saline, and Kay Joslin of Grand Saline; five grandchildren, Adam, Faith, Holly, Kaleb, and Chelsey; one great-grandchild, Ava Jewel; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will be having lunch, 2 p.m., Friday, at The Old School Museum.
