Patsy Kendrick Davis

MINEOLA – Graveside services for Patsy Ruth Kendrick Davis, 84, of Mineola, are scheduled for noon Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at Emory City Cemetery under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba, with Bro. Billy Smith officiating.
Mrs. Davis passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016, at her residence.
She was born Thursday, March 3, 1932, in Dallas, to the late William and Linnie Ann Peck Parker. She lived the last 33 years in Wood County after moving from Rains County. Patsy was a welder working for AAA Wire in Emory for a long time.
Survivors include her two sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and Sherry Kendrick of Irving and Danny and Diana Kendrick of Fairview; two daughters and son-in-law, Cathy and Dick Daffron of Fruivale and Carol Saunders of Mineola; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, W.T. Kendrick in 1978 and O’Neal Davis in 2008; brother, Marvin Parker; and granddaughter, Teresa Good.
Family visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 -11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
