Jay Land, 62, of Grand Saline, passed away January 10, 2020 at his residence. He was born May 2, 1957 in Grand Saline to J. B. and Bobbie Lou Butler Land. Jay lived all his life in Grand Saline and was a member of Main Street Baptist Church and of the Local 100 Pipefitters Union, with 25 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Dennis Land.
Survivors include two sons, Josh Land and wife Tisha of Grand Saline and Sandy Land and wife Deven of Plano; one brother, Charles Land and wife Janet of Grand Saline; four sisters, Nancy Land, Gail Land, and Susan Barker all of Grand Saline and Sharlette Morgan of Lindale; two grandchildren, Nova Land and Foster Land; and numerous other relatives and friends.
