Graveside services for Ora Pauline Latta, 85, of Lindale, are scheduled for 2pm Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at Corinth Cemetery with Bro. Wayne Fancher officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Mrs. Latta passed away December 28, 2013 in Tyler. She was born November 29, 1928 in Van, Texas to the late Olen H. & Ruby Mae Lybrand Patterson. She was a lifelong resident of East Texas where she spent the last 13 years in Lindale. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Roland Latta; sister, Ann Ashwood; and brother, Olen H. Patterson, Jr.
Survivors include her son, John Edward & Christina Latta of Redmon, WA; daughter, Judie Wheeler of Lindale; sister, Patsy D. Patterson of Lindale; and three grandchildren, Amber & Noah Shamburger of Friendswood, Heather Wheeler & Johnny Roach of Raleigh, NC and Kim Latta of Portland, OR.
