Services for Lodena Joyner Lovett, 97 of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. Homer Morgan, Bro. Mack Swain, Bro. Eddie Paul Stanley and Bro. Randy Fisher officiating.
Interment will follow in Shields Cemetery.
Mrs. Lovett passed away November 11, 2012 in Grand Saline. She was born February 4, 1915 in Grand Saline to Marvin & Sudie King Joyner. She spent all of her life in Grand Saline where she was a member of Roundflat Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ed Cosby Lovett; son, Garland Lovett; daughter, Imalove Nalls; three sisters, Izora Gipson, Louvera Lovett and Juanita Ballard; brother, David Cosby Joyner.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Gayle & Kathryn Lovett of Grand Saline and Roger Dale & Joyce Lovett of Grand Saline; brother, Archie Joyner; numerous grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Tony Lovett, Trent Lovett, Kyle Lovett, Toby Lovett, Jody Lovett, Landon Lovett, Doug Lovett and Ronnie Nalls.
Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Nalls, Randal Nalls, Terran Nalls, Rodney Nicholas and Glen Baldwin.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
