Charlsie Luckett

ALBA – Services for Charlsie Bennett Luckett, 84, of Arlington, formerly of Wood County, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 5, 2013, at Wilson Bartley Funeral Home chapel, Alba, with Mr. Chuck Parrish officiating.
Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Alba.
Mrs. Luckett passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at her residence.
She was born July 11, 1928, in Alba, to the late Charlie Edgar and Bammie Edith Martin Bennett. She was reared in Wood County, and married Samuel Lee Luckett in Canton on October 3, 1946. She moved to Tarrant County in 1953, back to Wood County in 1980, and had lived in Arlington for 2 years.
Survivors include daughters and husbands, Pat and Tommy Ashabranner of Union Valley, Judy and Joe Riddle of Arlington, and Bammie Leasa Martin of Arlington; brother Roy Daniel Bennett of Mineola; sisters and husbands, Dora Comer of Granbury, Marthie Nell and Joe Bob Gilbreath of Burleson, and Margaret and Robert Parrish of Emory; 7 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Lee Luckett, son, Jimmie Lee Luckett, 8 brothers, and 3 sisters.
Pallbearers are Toby Ashabranner, Casey Coon, Josh Duncan, Jody Bennett, Larry Mansell, and Calvin Bennett.
Memorials may be made to Community Hospice of Fort Worth or Salem Cemetery, P.O. Box 266, Alba, 75410.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
