Services for Mr. Frank Maciel, 87, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Winskie officiating.
Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery.
Mr. Maciel passed away December 26, 2013 in Grand Saline. He was born November 11, 1926 in Handley to Vicente & Josephine Cortez Maciel. Frank served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and retired from Tyler Pipe after many years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Joe; and sister, Mary.
Survivors include 2 step-sons, James Maciel of Grand Saline and Michael Maciel of Edgewood; four brothers, Ferd Maciel of Grand Saline, Mike Maciel of Grand Saline, Cruz Maciel of Port Neches and Raymond Maciel of Grand Saline; two sisters, Connie Lewis of Houston and Lucy Whitaker of Plano; and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
