Services for Bobby Martin, 69 of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Friday, October 25, 2013 at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. Lance Eiland and Terry Waters officiating.
Burial will be in Sand Flat Cemetery.
Mr. Martin passed away October 22, 2013 in Tyler. He was born August 24, 1944 in Grand Saline to Ozelle & Naomi Hollis Martin. Bobby spent all of his life in the Grand Saline and Fruitvale areas where he was self-employed in the insurance industry. He was a member of Pruitt Baptist Church and an original member of the Journeymen Quartet. He also organized and started the Salt Festival in Grand Saline and served as President. Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his sons, Brandon Martin and wife Jessica of South Carolina and Craig Martin and wife Delilah of Lipan; brother, Tommy Martin of Van; two sisters, Vicki Neel of Rockwall and Judy Nations and husband Obie of Van; four grandchildren, Jackson, Scarlett, Julieanne and Addison; and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends 1 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
