Jeffery "Jeff" Moore

Services for Mr. Jeffery Lee “Jeff” Moore, 52, of Sherman, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Sand Springs Baptist Church, Mineola, with Bro. Jim Parker officiating.

Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery, Alba, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.

Jeff passed away September 17, 2024, in Waxahachie. He was born February 17, 1972, in Ennis. He spent most of his life in Waxahachie before moving to Sherman two and half years ago. He was a member of the NRA, worked as a diesel mechanic and electrician for many years, and currently owned and operated JS Diesel in Waxahachie. Jeff was a joy to everyone who met him!

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy & Vera Barker, and Thelma Brady.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Moore of Sherman; parents, Ed & Barbara Brady of Grand Saline; daughter, Kyndal Martin and husband Marshal of Palmer; stepdaughters, Meagan Hollis and husband Duke of Sherman, Desirae Grigg of Sherman, and Aliyah Kerr and husband Kody of Chesapeake, VA; brother, Larry Moore of Waxahachie; sister, Lori Robertson and husband Bubba of Mineola; four grandchildren; nieces and nephews, that he loved like they were his own; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Chance Robertson, Colby Moore, Timmy McKnight, David “Crawdad” Hickey, Acie McCullough, Chad Wilson, Nick White, and Nathan Barker.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Friday, September 20, 2024, at Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
