Catholic Mass for Beatrice Nipp, 75, of Alba, are scheduled for 4 p.m., Friday, October 15, 2021, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Emory, with Father Victor Hernandez officiating, under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.
Mrs. Nipp passed away October 10, 2021, at her residence in Alba. She was born June 7, 1946, in Big Spring, to Eduardo and Estella Martinez. On December 29, 1986, she married Richard Nipp in Ft. Worth. Beatrice had lived in Alba for the last 16 years, was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Emory, and a member of the Mineola League of Arts. She worked as a counselor for the Tarrant County Employment Office. Beatrice loved crafting, designing, and creating jewelry. She also enjoyed gardening and was a talented seamstress. She was a loving wife, mother, and the best grandma in the world. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Matilda Irvin.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Richard Nipp of Alba; four daughters, Annie Daub and husband Marcus of Little Elm, Naomi Montez of North Dallas, Jennifer Darnell and husband Chris of Arlington, and Tina Mendez of Keller; three brothers, Edward Martinez, Alfred Martinez, and George Martinez; three sisters, Lydia Chabarria, Stella Richter, and Mary Buchanan; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be George Martinez Jr., Dyllon Mendez, Roman Daub, Noah Darnell, Dick Walker, and Gene Kimbleton.
Rosary services will be held 6-8 p.m., Thursday, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Emory.
