Jack Norton

Services for Jack Wilburn Norton, 73, of Alba, are scheduled for 10 am, Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at Alba Church of Christ with George Filpansick officiating under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.

Interment will follow at 2 pm, New Woodbury Cemetery, Woodbury.

Mr. Norton passed away December 4, 2020, at his residence in Alba. He was born July 4, 1947 in Nashville, Tennessee, to Guy E. and Grace Mavis Martin Norton. On December 19, 1966, he married Linda Sue Baumgardner in Dallas. He had lived the last six years in Alba and attended Alba Church of Christ. Jack loved to hunt, fish, and go to car races. He also enjoyed shopping, family gatherings, and sports. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of almost 54 years, Linda Norton of Alba; two sons, Cregg Norton and wife Rae Lynn of Nevada and Keith Norton and wife Lori of Dallas; two brothers, Randy of Indiana and Paul of Kentucky; two sisters, Dolly and Linda both of Kentucky; sister-in-law, Army Baughman; six grandchildren, Clay Norton and wife Samantha, Roger Norton, Austin Norton, Stefani Norton, Kayla Norton, and Karly Norton; two great-grandchildren, Levi Norton and Tripp Norton; and numerous other relatives and friends.
