On Friday, June 24, 2022, Karene Louree Ogle, loving wife and mother of three children passed away at the age of 77.
Karene was met in heaven by her best friend and husband, Stan Ogle. Karene was born on October 11, 1944, in Potter County, Texas to Steve and Maxine Owens. On January 30, 1965, she married the love of her life Stanley Thomas Ogle. Together they raised three children, Tyler, Chad, and Blake.
Karene had a passion for music and was an eloquent violinist and an avid piano player. She also had a love of all animals. Karene was a loyal friend who would always be the first to help anyone in need. Karene was known for her grace and ethical way in which she lived her life. Her family and friends meant the world to her.
Karene was preceded in death by her father, Steven Owens; her mother, Maxine Owens; husband, Stanley Ogle; and an infant Thomas Ogle, who passed before birth. She is survived by her three children, Tyler Kohrs (Mike), Chad Ogle and Blake Ogle; two grandchildren, Rachel Kohrs and Jake Ogle; two sisters, Jana Treshe and Julie Hermerding; and her loyal and faithful dog, Gizmo.
The family will be having a celebration of life ceremony 3-5 p.m., June 28, 2022, at Mexican Sugar in Plano.
