Mr. Danny Earl Pickle, 58, of Grand Saline, passed away on April 25, 2025, in Tyler. He was born on January 20, 1967, in Terrell, to Robert Earl and Donna Norris Pickle. Danny spent most of his life in Grand Saline, where he graduated from Grand Saline High School. He worked as a truck driver for Saia Motor Freight.
An avid outdoorsman, Danny loved hunting — whether it was dove, deer, coyotes, or hogs — and he also enjoyed fishing. He had a special talent for finding treasures along the roadside and proudly built an extensive collection of guns and coins over the years.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Pickle of Grand Saline; son, Bobby Pickle of Grand Saline; daughter, Ashley Wade of Grand Saline; God-daughter, Heather Barnes of Fruitvale; three brothers, Terry Pickle of wife Sherie of Canton, Rusty Pickle and wife Sheri of Mineola, and Rodney Pickle and wife Kelly of Georgia; sister, Tamy Winther and husband Bruce of Iowa; five grandchildren, Rylie Wade, Bryer Wade, Beau Wade, Rustin Meroney, and Preston Black; and numerous other relatives and friends.
